Drain Spout Surprise

This was among the first “serious” attempts with the Canon A70, in late February of 2008. It was also the first photo I shared with Craig. I can’t tell you the amount of courage it took for me to email ”my little photo” to him but I finally took a deep breath and hit SEND.
The surprise (more like shock and are you talking to me?) came in Craig’s reply requesting my permission to use it for a Daily Critique in April of 2009. I thought he was just being nice because I was his web developer, but quickly learned that was not the case and he really did like it. A true Sally Fields moment for me…
